Who we are and the current waitlist
Come Back and Back AI operates this website and waitlist. Video generation is not open yet. This website is for adults aged 18 or older.
Photos you select are displayed only in your own browser. They are not uploaded or sent to our servers during the waitlist stage.
Information we collect
When you join the waitlist, we collect the email address you submit. Alongside your email, we record the selected mode (Duo, Solo or Group), look and photo count if you came from the generator, the price plan if you picked one, whether you came from the generator or a price button, source page, UTM parameters and country. Our hosting provider determines the country from the network request.
We also collect anonymous usage events containing the event name, mode, look, plan, country and time. These event records do not contain IP addresses, device IDs or cookie identifiers.
To stop spam and abuse, we limit how often the waitlist and event endpoints can be used. For this we keep a one-way hash of your IP address combined with the current hour, and delete these counters after about two hours. The hash is not linked to your email.
How we use and share information
We use your waitlist email only to tell you when generation opens. The accompanying selections and anonymous events help us understand interest in the planned service. We do not sell your information or share it with marketing companies.
Cloudflare provides our hosting and database infrastructure and processes information to operate those services.
Photos when generation opens
When generation opens, uploaded photos will be used only to make the video you asked for. They will be deleted automatically 7 days after upload and will never be used to train AI models. We will update this policy with the providers involved before uploads are switched on.
Analytics and your choice
We use Google Analytics 4, which asks for consent by region, and Cloudflare Web Analytics, which does not use cookies, to measure website visits. For visitors in the European Union, European Economic Area, United Kingdom and Switzerland, analytics cookies are disabled by default and are enabled only after consent. Your analytics choice is saved in your browser's local storage.
Read Google's Privacy Policy for information about Google's processing.
TikTok videos
The TikTok player loads only after you click "Play here". At that point, TikTok's processing is covered by the TikTok Privacy Policy.
How long we keep information
We delete waitlist information within 12 months after sending the opening notification, or at any time on your request. You can request deletion before generation opens as well.
Your rights and contact
You can request access to, correction of or deletion of your personal information by emailing contact@comebackandback.com.
Adults only
This service is intended only for adults aged 18 or older. If you believe someone under 18 has submitted personal information, contact us so we can delete it.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy as the service develops. The effective date above identifies the current version.
