Acceptance and eligibility
These terms apply to your use of the Come Back and Back AI website and waitlist, operated by Come Back and Back AI. By using them, you agree to these terms. You must be at least 18 years old.
Waitlist stage
Come Back and Back AI is currently a waitlist for a planned AI video tool. Generation has not opened, and this website does not make videos yet. Selected photos are previewed only in your browser and are not uploaded to our servers.
Joining the waitlist creates no fees, purchase, entitlement or other rights to the planned service. We do not promise an opening date or availability. Prices shown on the site are planned launch prices; nothing is charged during the waitlist, and we will confirm final prices before any payment. We may change, postpone or discontinue the planned service.
Acceptable use
Use the website lawfully and respect other people's privacy, consent and rights. Select only photos of yourself or other adults aged 18 or older who have consented to that use. When uploads open, the same requirement applies to every photo you upload.
- Do not use pornographic content.
- Do not use photos of celebrities or public figures.
- Do not use another person's likeness without their permission.
- Do not create misleading impersonations or misrepresent someone's identity or endorsement.
- Do not harass, threaten or abuse anyone.
- Do not interfere with the website or attempt unauthorized access to its systems.
Independent tool
Come Back and Back AI is an independent tool. It is not affiliated with nissi, 25Hzz, VBR, the choreographer @akanenmiyoshi or TikTok. References to them do not imply sponsorship, endorsement or approval. The song "Wyw My Sweetie" belongs to its rights holders.
Website content and availability
The website and its content are provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties to the extent permitted by applicable law. We do not guarantee accuracy, uninterrupted access or that the planned service will meet your expectations. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or protections that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
Privacy
Our Privacy Policy explains the information collected at the waitlist stage and how to request access, correction or deletion.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as the website develops. The effective date above identifies the current version. The video service will have additional terms presented when it opens.
